I’ve spent 25+ years in hospitality (yep, I’ve seen it all), from running pubs in the UK to teaching wine, beer & spirits at Fanshawe College. I’m WSET Level 3 certified, a Prud’homme Beer Enthusiast, and a total gin & whiskey nerd.
